Ruv Vallan(루브 발란)은 한국에서 활동하는 전자음악 프로듀서이자 싱어송라이터이다.
사운드 클라우드와 유튜브에서 활동하며
2016.9 DJ 카일하우스 웹툰의 OST를 제작하여 인지도를 쌓기 시작했으며
2018년 Asus에서 공식 개최한 Rog x Edm Challenge에서 국내의 쟁쟁한 프로듀서들을 제치고 3위를 차지하며 이디엠씬의 입지를 다져간다.
2019년 A Letter to the Sky ft. Ruda 해외 발매를 기점으로 자신의 이야기를 풀어나가는 싱어송 라이터의 모습도 보이고 있다.
